Welcome to LA Burrito, a hidden gem in Bushwick that brings the flavors of Mexico to the streets of Brooklyn. As a food reviewer of Restaurant World, I had the pleasure of experiencing the delicious offerings at LA Burrito, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint.

Located at 67 Wilson Ave in Brooklyn, NY, LA Burrito is a casual Mexican restaurant that offers a variety of options for every palate. From vegan and vegetarian choices to meat-filled burritos and tantalizing tortas, this place has something for everyone.

One standout dish that caught my attention was the California burrito, a fan favorite that comes loaded with fries and your choice of meat. The addition of guacamole takes it to the next level, creating a flavor explosion in every bite.

But the real star of the show at LA Burrito is their homemade hot sauces. From the tangy green salsa to the fiery made-to-order hot sauce, these condiments add an extra kick to every meal. And the best part? They're complimentary, making your dining experience even more enjoyable.

After reading the glowing reviews from customers like Vstunna X., Clara M., and Brian S., it's clear that LA Burrito is a neighborhood favorite for its authentic flavors, friendly staff, and generous portions. Whether you're craving a classic burrito, a mouthwatering torta, or a spicy hot sauce to top it off, LA Burrito has you covered.

Awesome local, Family-run Mexican spot in Bushwick... as someone raised in LA, finding Mexican eateries worthy of commitment in NYC is a challenge. Search no more for reliability. If you want Birria, you'll have to go elsewhere... but otherwise the Menu has almost everything on it. You can have your choice of Meat almost any way, Huaraches, Tacos, Quesadilla, Nachos, Chilechilles. Can't go wrong with their Burritos - the Cali burrito with Fries inside is classic, & upgraded if you get guacamole inside. U know it's good when their red salsa is almost drinkable.

They were super friendly and the food came out so fast (assuming because there was no protein to cook), and the food was absolutely delicious!! The space is very cozy and authentic looking just like the food. 10/10 would recommend

They have good food and it's normally the same guys cooking. Keep going in and be nice and they'll hook you up as they get to know you. Got free drinks and desserts one time when they were closing early. Overall cool place with good food and a massive menu

Ive been missing Mexican food since leaving Texas and randomly coming across this place, I've never had a better Breaded Chicken (Chicken Milanesa) Torta in my life. Pro tip: get the chipotle mayo and btw love the fact they cut it up so it's not tough to bite through.

Really love the California burrito here. Support your local businesses. Don't waste your money at chipotle

I'd give more stars if I could. Absolute perfection. I called in my order - the super veggie burrito and chips with their green salsa on the side. He told me it would be ready in five minutes. I got there in maybe six minutes and it was ready to go on the counter for me. I asked for a side of whatever their hottest hot sauce was, and he said the customer right before me had taken their last one. I said, "Ok, no worries," and was going to pay and leave perfectly content (I have a zillion excellent hot sauces at home). Instead, the guy at the register said, "Oh, but I can quickly make a fresh one for you right now if you are cool with waiting." I obliged, thanked him, and waited another five minutes. I could hear the whirring of the blender at one point, moments afterwards there was an EIGHT OUNCE plastic container filled with made to order hot sauce! Incredible. I asked, "This whole thing is for me?" as he had put it on the counter right next to my bag. He replied back, "Yes, and it is very spicy!" I asked what went into it, out of curiosity, and he told me, and I got v excited to try this epic giant hot sauce. When I went to pay, the guy told me the hot sauce was free of charge. Got home, tried a chip (great) with both salsas (excellent), and bit into the burrito (superb). How this place has only 2.5 stars on Yelp is beyond me. This place is amazing, and I will be returning often. PS: If you're reading this, and you're a Yelper who gives places bad reviews based on delivery orders, I and every other respectable Yelper think you shouldn't even be able to do so. K bye! PPS: I didn't take the attached photo thinking it would be going into a Yelp review, so it's certainly not my best work. As you can tell, everything is gigantic.

Chicken mole burrito- holy mole! Slow stewed shredded chicken in a deep savory sweet sauce that has a hint of cinnamon, some heat that kicks in 10 bites later and earthy spices coating the chicken perfectly. Coupled w pico, sour cream, rice (no beans por mi) rolled up in a spinach wrap the length of my entire hand- is just what this hungry monster at 1:30pm needs. My crunchy almost pita chips are the cherry on top. Will be back and I think I might have found a new fave flavor. I wonder if they make a chicken mole platter?
